For years Las Vegas has been one of the fastest growing cities in the country.. Sin City has been known for its gambling, sexy night clubs, free buffets and hot summer nights. But did you know that we aslso have some very beautiful Master-Planned Communities in the Valley? Las Vegas is quite simple in the lay-out of the city, with the famous Strip in the heart of the city.

With the Strip in the center of Las Vegas, you have to the east of the Strip the older parts of Las Vegas, with UNLV located nearby. In the Southeast Las Vegas you have Henderson and Green Valley communities. West Las Vegas is the famous and illustrious area developed by Howard Hughes known as Summerlin with beautiful area within it like Red Rock Country Club. Southwest of Las Vegas is the fastest growing part of the Valley with communities like Nevada Trails, Mountains Edge and Southern Highlands. Spring Valley is on of the older communities located in Southwest part of town.

Las Vegas is split into several communities; plus there are towns of Henderson and Boulder City. Both of these are smaller communities out of the hustle and bustle of the big city lights.

Henderson and Boulder City are located Southeast of Las Vegas. Even though Henderson is the second largest city in Nevada, the feel is a much slower pace than that of Las Vegas.
